Visibility-SDI provides a simple tool that will develop your EDMS system without the need for any specialist knowledge. Using a graphical user interface users can generate a detailed dossier tree, allowing them to simply drag and drop groups of documents to the relevant dossiers.
Once loaded each document can be viewed in turn and appropriate information added directly from the open page to any fields on the database to ensure speedy retrieval. Any part of the dossier structure can be adjusted to suit changes in organisational structure or add new areas for new departments.
Visibility-SDI can publish your complete EDMS by generating all the relevant files for your intranet or internet sites.
Visibility-SDI is capable of running small PC based solutions on a Microsoft Access™ database through to enterprise solutions using Microsoft SQL Server™. File types can be viewed using various browsers or with your standard desktop applications.
The intranet browser provides end users with the ability to interrogate the database, browse the listings and view / print specific current documents.
Unlike some other EDMS suppliers, Attric utilise an open database structure to store and manage Clients' documents, allowing customers a painless exit strategy to use other systems.
